From Phil Buchanan:    The Cape Coral City Council is to decide the fate of the Sans Souci project this evening, May 24, 2010. The skyscraper project would tower over the mangroves opposite Bokeelia changing forever the tropical rural ambiance of our area.    The mangroves and aquatic preserve in that area cannot handle any more stress.    The project would in addition be a visual blight on the entire Matlacha Pass Area and a terrible precedent for the future of the region.    It's the wrong project for that location.
